When your KOBRA BIKE's odometer starts flashing, it means your bike is due for service. This happens automatically after a certain number of miles driven to ensure that your bike stays in top condition and any wear and tear is addressed in a timely manner.

You can easily get this fixed by scheduling a service at an authorized service partner. More information about maintenance and scheduling a service can be found on our warranty- and maintenance page.

CAUTION: Schedule the service turn in good time so that the warranty is not voided!

The KOBRA electric Fatbike complies with Dutch laws and regulations. The Fatbike has an assisted top speed of 25km/h and features unique pedal assistance. Thanks to the developed technology with 5 unique pedal assistance modes, you can choose every ride to do the work yourself in mode 1 or maximum power with minimal effort in mode 5. This makes the illegal throttle for the KOBRA completely unnecessary. The motor power is maximum 250W and therefore completely legal for use on public roads. Furthermore, it is equipped with reflectors, front light, taillight with brake light and a horn, so that you are also safe on the road at night. In addition, the KOBRA Fatbike was recently tested by the Dutch Inspectorate for the Environment & Transport, which it effortlessly passed! Click here for more information about this inspection.

The capacity of our Fatbike battery is 768wh, which is huge and currently the largest in the Fatbike market! Charging the battery is easy with the included charger. This charger is provided with an EU plug and can be plugged into a regular outlet. Once you connect the battery to the charger, the light on the charger will indicate whether it is still charging (red) or fully charged (green). Fully charging the battery takes 4 to 6 hours and takes about 0.75 kilowatt hours of power, after which you can drive at least 80km on full power again! Want to take a longer ride? Then it is useful to know that the KOBRA Fatbike battery is interchangeable. You can easily swap it with a fully charged spare battery. A spare battery can be ordered directly in our webshop or you can choose to order it directly with the purchase of the Fatbike .

Want to buy a Fatbike ? Then the KOBRA is an excellent choice! But how do you get it from your screen to your home? There are several ways! The KOBRA Fatbike is easy to order online or available in store at one of our dealers. Do you decide to order the Fatbike online? Then we will deliver it to your location or you can choose to simply pick it up at the dealer.

For delivery of the KOBRA , we offer the following options:

• Ready-to-ride delivery on location (NL)
  This option is the most popular option and also the one we recommend. Ready-to-ride delivery on location is a personal delivery, possible to any address in the Netherlands. The specialized KOBRA team ensures that your KOBRA is immediately ready for use. The bicycle is fully assembled, after which everything is checked and checked. Then the brakes are braked, so that they have the least chance of unnecessary brake noise and the best braking effect. The delivery time of the ready-to-ride delivery to your location in the Netherlands is approximately 3-5 working days. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to set a date for delivery.
• Pick up ready to drive at a KOBRA dealer
  Would you prefer to pick up the KOBRA yourself at one of our dealers? Then that's no problem at all. All our dealers can be found on the dealer map on our homepage. Do you see a dealer where you would like to pick it up? Choose this option and mention in the order comments which dealer it is. Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment for you to pick up your new KOBRA FatBike . Usually this is already possible within 1-5 working days! In addition, we offer this option free of charge!
• Delivery on location (NL - self-assembly)
  Are you handy and would you prefer to assemble the KOBRA yourself? Of course you can! Then choose this delivery method. We will then deliver the KOBRA to you via one of our shipping partners still packed in a box. You can then assemble the KOBRA yourself in a few simple steps using the manual. This will take about 60 to 90 minutes. The disadvantage is that the brakes have to be braked in manually. This can cause brake noise if not done correctly. Therefore, we recommend choosing the drive-in option. The delivery time is faster and this shipping method is free! With on-site delivery (self-assembly), your KOBRA FatBike will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days.

Klarna - Spread payment
Klarna spread payment allows you to spread the amount in 3 parts without interest. This means you do not have to pay the entire amount at once. You pay 1/3 immediately, 1/3 after 30 days and 1/3 after 60 from the date of purchase. This way you spread your payment interest-free over a longer period. in3 pay in installments
Through in3 spread payment, you can spread the amount interest-free in 3 parts. So you don't have to pay the whole amount at once. You pay 1/3 at once, 1/3 after 30 days and 1/3 after 60 from the purchase date. So you spread your payment interest-free and without BKR registration over a longer period. You are looking for a FatBike and decide to go for the KOBRA . Excellent choice! But now you're probably wondering how it gets from your laptop or phone into your possession soon. Not a crazy question at all! We have the answer.

For the delivery of the KOBRA we offer several options. Below we will briefly explain these.

• Home delivery delivery service (NL)
  If you choose this shipping option, we will transfer the order for delivery via a third party. If you have a Fatbike If ordered, the delivery will be made via a courier service and the price for delivery is 59.95 incl. VAT per Fatbike. Is it a smaller order of parts or accessories for your KOBRA Fatbike? Then the delivery will be made via PostNL or DHL at a rate of 6.95 incl. VAT. Both deliveries are possible at any address in the Netherlands.
  The expected delivery time via this ordering method is 1-2 working days for PostNL & DHL and 2-5 working days via courier service.
• Personal KOBRA delivery
  If you opt for personal delivery, one of our colleagues will come and KOBRA Fatbike personal delivery to any desired location in the Netherlands. So personal is really personal. Our colleague will be on site to Fatbike explain them fully and walk you through the various functions. This way you know exactly how the Fatbike and you will have the opportunity to ask additional questions. The rate for personal delivery depends on the distance and travel time. In the checkout process, the personal rate is listed. This rate is valid for the entire order, are you ordering multiple Fatbikes? In that case, the rate will remain the same.
  The delivery time is 1-5 working days. We will contact you personally to schedule the delivery appointment.
• Pick-up ready to drive at a KOBRA dealer
  Do you want to KOBRA Prefer to pick it up yourself from one of our dealers? Then that's no problem at all. All our dealers can be found via the dealer map on our homepage or by clicking here. Do you see a dealer where you would like to pick it up? Then choose this option. Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment so that you can get your new KOBRA FatBike can pick up at the desired dealer location. Usually this is already possible within 1-5 working days! Pick up from a KOBRA Dealer is free of charge but only available in combination with roadworthiness.
  

Roadworthy or boxed?

The KOBRA Fatbike Can be delivered in two ways. Roadworthy or boxed. We explain more about these two options below.

• Deliver roadworthy
  This option is the most popular option and also the option we recommend. During roadworthiness, the specialised KOBRA mechanics ensure that your KOBRA is immediately ready for use. The bike is fully assembled, after which everything is checked and checked. The brakes are then braked so that they have the least chance of unnecessary braking noise and have the best braking effect. The costs for roadworthiness are 89.95.
  
• Delivery in box
  Are you handy and do you want to KOBRA Prefer to assemble it yourself? Of course, that's also possible! Then choose this delivery method. We supply the KOBRA Then on location in person or via one of our shipping partners still packed in box. You can then use the manual in just a few steps to find the KOBRA mount. This will take about 60 to 90 minutes. The disadvantage is that the brakes have to be braked manually. This can cause braking noise if this is not done correctly. That's why we recommend choosing the roadworthy option. Delivery in box is free of charge.

Return

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation, the relevant return products will have to be delivered to our designated location within 14 days. After which you will be credited with the full purchase price including shipping costs within 14 days of receipt. The return costs from shipping to our return location are for your own account. For regular packages, these costs are approximately 7.95 per package. Reporting a cancellation is done by contacting our customer service, creating a return and registering an order that has already been shipped is done via our return portal.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Products such as Fatbikes that you buy through this webshop are custom-made and delivered according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Fatbikes. The sale is final after successful payment. If a cancellation is desired, costs incurred will be charged in consultation.

Via the button below it is possible to request a return label for your order within the 14-day cooling-off period.
